Halloween 2011

 The Pirate and the Princess!

Lemos Farm 2011

Lemos Farm in Half Moon Bay is my favorite way to celebrate Fall. We go every year and our little pumpkins really get a kick out of the apple cider, pony rides and baby goats. Check it out if you haven't already been.

Too School For Cool

Lila started a "Pre-K" program back in September. The Linda Beach Coop in Piedmont has been a great little school for Lila and we couldn't be happier! Her teachers are Mrs. Kelly and Mrs. Louie. There are twelve little kids in the class, mostly boys. Evidently, this is just fine by Lila as her teacher tells us she mostly hangs out with them. Is this strange? Should we be worried? We've decided not to be.

The Mudpie Palace

Way back in August we spent a week in Arnold, Ca with Grandma and Poppy at the Mudpie Palace. This family vacation was different than our usual beach house trips - mostly because Uncle Tom didn't join us. Nonetheless, we had a fantastic time lounging by the lake and enjoying the beautiful woods. Lila still talks about our time at the "cabin" and how she wishes she lived there. It was one peaceful week that went by too fast, as usual.

Disaster Baby

Danger Baby strikes again. Actually, she's more Disaster Baby today.

Public Enemy No. 1

If you ask Lila what time it is, she will likely answer "It's Dodger Time!" This is all thanks their No. 1 fan, Gigi. At Gigi's house, it's Dodger time all day long.

Flagstaff and The Fourth

The Fourth of July in Flagstaff was a great time as usual! We stayed a week but it felt like only a weekend. There never seems to be enough time. Since it was also Grandma Brown's birthday, we had more family visiting than usual. Between three different parties, a parade, the park, the golf course, shopping, eating, even more eating... we kept ourselves pretty busy. Thanks to everyone for making this year even more special!

Happy Summer!
